Description
Along with the Williamsport Business Association and UPMC, the Recreation Department will be hosting a Fall Festival and Trick or Treat to be held on W. Fourth Street! Local businesses will be handing out candy and decorating trunks. There will be a pumpkin giveaway, bounce houses, food, games and entertainment! Bring the whole family out and show off your best costumes!
