Kidz Club is a Wednesday night full of fun for your kids! We have Song, Games, Bible Time, Crafts, Create Friendships and eat Snacks. Kidz Club begins with a hot supper that is free and open to the whole family. All of the adult volunteers at Kidz Club have completed background clearances. When: Wednesday Nights Where: Fairlawn Community Church Time: 6-7:45pm Supper: 5:30pm Who: Age 3 years old- 6th grade Kidz Club Rules: 1. I can listen Listening is very important. With a statement like “I can listen”, the kids know they are expected to listen, and they are also making a positive statement to describe their behavior. 2. I can learn No matter what age or learning level of your kids, the simple fact is, learning is one of the reasons we come to Kidz Club! Learning songs, Bible verses, Bible truths, etc. 3. I can stay safe Staying safe means we keep our hands and feet to ourselves and we are careful where we are going, we aren’t climbing on furniture and we stay with our group. 4. I can show respect We all know that kids can be respectful. Respect is listening. Respect is not talking to your friends, because then they can’t hear. Respect is not making fun of someone. Respect is being a good friend and good Kidz Club member! 5. I can participate Participating means doing what you should be doing, when you are supposed to do it. If it is song time, you should sing. If it is game time, you should play or cheer. If it is group time, you should listen and participate in discussion. If it is lesson time, you should be paying attention. When we all participate, we’re all having fun! I can have fun! When we are following all the rules, we can all have fun! Let’s work together this year to have fun every night!! Kidz Club Discipline Procedure: 1,2,3 Count. 1= Warning for not following a rule. 2= Time out. 3= Call home to parent for pickup, child must miss a week from Kidz Club.
