Are you looking for a place that you can just recharge, refresh, and renew yourself! Or some AMAZING vistas? Well, Macaroni Kid Williamsport has a list of 5 places that will do just that!
We all need an escape sometimes. AND these vistas offer just that!
🌄 1. High Knob Overlook
Head to the Loyalsock State Forest for this breath taking view! From this overlook you can see 7 counties and endless mountains. A great place to refresh, recharge, and renew yourself! Be sure to explore World's End State Park while you are there. This time of year route 87 is BEAUTIFUL with the fall foliage.

🌲 2. Rider Park
This park has been included on Macaroni Kid Williamsport's lists before, and that is because it is a BEATUTIFUL park to visit. There are many scenic views and points of interest to see at this park. Head up Caleb Creek Road to find this GEM of a park!

🌄 3. Hyner View Vista
Another GORGEOUS drive along route 120, is this gem of a view. This is a great place to feel at ease and peace. If you are lucky you might just see a hang-glider take off!

🌲 4. Kettle Creak Vista
One of my FAVORITE spots and a destination for sure! Head to Kettle Creek State Park and take a drive up Sugar Camp Road and enjoy the scenery. If you own some kayaks or a canoe, Kettle Creek Lake is a great place to paddle. Head up Kettle Creek and enjoy the small, rolling creek.
🌄 5. Halfway Vista
This vista provides you with STUNNING views of Halfway Dam, the Rapid Run water gap, and several mountains that surround the park. Beautiful this time of year with all the changing leaves. Another beautiful drive. You can get to this vista by hiking the Overlook Trail or driving up McCalls Dam Road.
