Last week, Macaroni Kid Williamsport recommended fun activities that were happening in and around Williamsport! This week, we pulled some more fun-sounding events that are happening this week around Williamsport!
🥁 1. Musical Mondays (Monday)
A fun morning of making music with your friends! Head to the Hughesville Library for Musical Mondays!
🚓 2. National Night Out and Fun Fair (Tuesday)
Come out for a fun night, August 3rd from 6-8 pm, and get to know others in your community including your first responders & law enforcement from Old Lycoming Township Police Dept, Old Lycoming Township Volunteer Fire Company, Hepburn Township Volunteer Fire Company, Lycoming County Sherriff's Office and Pennsylvania State Police. Enjoy free food, carnival games, inflatables, and much more!
📚 3. Toddler Time (Wednesday)
Weekly on Wednesdays! Toddler Time is an interactive program for children ages 2-5 and their caregivers. Toddler Time includes a story, sing-a-long, and/or hands-on learning activities. Program is included with general admission ($8.00 per person) or membership. Sign-ups will be available the day of the program at the front desk on a first-come, first-serve basis.
📖 4. 2021 TAILS AND TALES SUMMER LEARNING FINALE - SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR (Thursday-Saturday)
The Library will celebrate all children who participated in the summer learning program during a finale event. Stop by the library on Thursday from 10:00-4:00, Friday from 1:00-8:00, and Saturday 9:30-1:30
🏊 5. Muncy Library Pool Party (Friday)
Celebrate the End of Summer Reading with a swim in the Muncy Pool. Head to the Muncy Pool to enjoy an evening swim and celebrate the Summer Reading Program-Tails to Tales! Pizza provided and "whale" of a good time!
🎨 6. First Friday (Friday)
Enjoy an evening of fun in downtown Williamsport. This is the 20th anniversary of First Fridays in Williamsport. There will be games, crafts, and fun happenings for kids and families alike!
