πβοΈ 1. Muncy Heritage Park
Located along the Susquehanna River, this park has lots to offer besides cooling off in the river! Enjoy a nature walk or explore the area and its historical features!
π€οΈ 2. World's End State Park
Located along the Loyalsock Creek, is this AMAZING gem of an area! There is a beautiful swimming area and concession stand. Enjoy exploring the park or going on a hike. Nestled along Route 87, you are sure to find something fun to do!

The Sandy Bottom Access Area provides ample parking and canoe access to the lower half of the stream. The Sandy Bottom Access Area is located just off State Highway 87 between Barbours and Hillsgrove about 17 miles north of the Montoursville/87 exit of I-180.

Located just north of Williamsport, outside Ralston, is this AMAZING stream! Try your hand at fishing for native trout, or just enjoy cooling off in this stream. The area is surrounded by breathtaking views and beautiful surroundings.
πβοΈ 5. Rickett's Glen State Park/Lake Gene
Located outside of Red Rock, is this beautiful park! There is a 600-foot beach that is open from late May to mid-September, from 8:00 A.M. until sunset. A food and refreshment concession, boat rental, and picnic facilities are nearby. A fun place to head on a hot day to relax and enjoy the cool water, or go on a hike. Ricketts Glen harbors the Glens Natural Area -- a National Natural Landmark. Hike the Falls Trail System to explore the glens, which boasts a series of wild, free-flowing waterfalls, each cascading through rock-strewn clefts in this ancient hillside.
