1. Candy Cane Lane
What better place to see the lights locally, then Candy Cane Lane. Head on over to DuBoistown and drive or walk up Candy Cane Lane. On weekends, be sure to look for Santa and Mrs. Claus. Lights are on daily from 5:00 pm till 10:00 pm. A favorite childhood memory of mine and sure to be one for you and your family.
2. Brandon Park
Head to Brandon Park to see the Festival of Lights. Located in Williamsport is this beautiful light display. Lights are on nightly. Bundle up and enjoy a nice walk through the park.
3. James Short Park
Head into Loyalsock Township and tour James Short Park. There is a beautiful display of lights to be seen. Enjoy a brisk walk and bundle up. Lights are on display throughout the holiday season.
4. Joy Through the Grove
What a magical experience! Knoebels has out done themselves by adding a light display for the holidays. Head to Knoebels Amusment Resort in Elysburg, PA. Hours of operation are 5:30-9:00 Monday - Thursdays and 5:30-10:00 Friday-Sundays. Cost is $15.00 per carload (M-T), $20.00 per carload (F-S) and $30.00 for full sized vehicles nightly.
5. Your Neighborhood
Bundle up and head out to your neighborhood. Take a look at the lights around your house. It is truly magical to walk your street and take in the sights. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of hot coco! Or get in your car and drive around your town. You will be amazed at all the lights right in your backyard!
